The Open

A big 4 days of golf down in Kent lie ahead with plenty of markets to make some money on for all you punters.

Rory McIlory (17/2) and Lee Westwood (11/1) lead the field and it would take a brave man to bet against a European winner this week. Odds on a winner from GB and Ireland are as low as 11/8 this week with and a winner from continental Europe 5/1.

Our big tips include: Graeme McDowell each way at around 30/1. He has the pedigree to perform at the big tournaments and has also found a bit of form in recent weeks.

K.J Choi is also very good value for an each way bet at 50/1.

McIlory often tends to start well and is 11/1 to do the same and be the leader after round one.

A hole in one at anytime in the week? Just 11/8 with most bookies.

Good luck to all you punters, TB are going to plump for world number one Luke Donald at 12/1 as we hope he can continue his winning form from the Scottish Open.
